Work Experience

An all-rounded experience

Our work experience program is designed to provide a diverse and immersive introduction to our business, going beyond a single area of focus. We aim to give candidates a well-rounded experience that reflects the variety of what we do at BISON.

What a week of work experience at BISON may look like:

  • Customer service – Welcoming clients and guests both in person and over the phone
  • Design – Learning the principles of design for real-world projects, understanding deadlines, and how design contributes to broader project success
  • Production – Hands-on experience bringing approved designs to life, including physical production and, where possible, delivery or installation
  • Marketing – Exploring how we showcase client success stories to maximize exposure
  • BISON KATA – Participating in our daily kata, which includes stretching, positive reinforcement, and discussions about continuous improvement
  • 3S (Sweep, Standardize, Shine) – Supporting operational excellence and preparedness through our workplace improvement processes
  • Timekeeping and attendance – Experiencing a full working schedule:
    • Start promptly at 8:30 AM
    • One-hour lunch break
    • Finish at 5:30 PM
