They offer governance, guidance, education, and leadership to ensure football flourishes in safe environments, reflects our communities, and remains enjoyable for everyone.
Their HQ is more than an office; it’s a hub for collaboration, education, and inspiration rooted in football’s values: community, respect, and development.
Kent FA’s headquarters – once fresh and functional – had become tired, unbranded, and uninspiring. Internally, the space didn’t reflect the passion and pride of Kent football. Budget was tight, but expectations were high – the space needed to feel “Kent FA,” speak to their whole community, and make an immediate impression.
Using the BISON BLUEPRINT 4-step methodology, BISON started with the end in mind, from the ideal outcome a co-created plan was shaped to close the gap between vision and reality. By clarifying their “ideal destination”, a bright, football-first environment with impact inside and out, BISON scoped, designed, and delivered a solution that hit the brief and the budget.
